Her many experiences begin as a TV Presenter and News Anchor in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at a government station called RTM for 5 years. She later joined a private TV station called TV3 for 8 years as an anchor for live talk shows on women’s issues. She also had her own shows called ‘Fesyen’, ‘Di Sebalik Tabir’ and ‘Wanita Hari Ini’ besides reading the prime time bulletins. Her years in broadcasting have allowed her to expand her attributes by appearing as public speaker for various events and emceeing at different social and business events for 13 years.

She has been acknowledged by numerous prestigious magazines as a Fashion Icon, such as ‘One Of The Most Glamorous Women’ by EH! in 2005, ‘Ten Most Stylish Women’ by Her World in 2006, ‘The 10 Most Well Dressed Women’ by Malaysian Tattler in 2007 and ‘The Finalist Of Wanita Ikon’ by Wanita in 2007. She was also awarded the ‘Anugerah Usahawan Kreatif Anak Trengganu’ by the Government from the state Trengganu in 2006.

Datin Shawati’s grace also came from the experiences she gathered during her tenure as a Flight Supervisor in Malaysia Airlines (MAS) for 7 years which stresses on the importance of grooming and deportment. Nizal Mohammad started off as a Journalist with Berita Harian and moved on to become a Magazine Editor, before assuming various executive secretarial and directorial posts with several community councils and agencies. In 1994, he joined TV3 as a Presenter and Executive Broadcast Journalist, and he subsequently worked his way up to become a Producer, Anchor, Coordinator and Trainer within the span of 10 years.

The former host of popular TV programs such as Malaysia Hari Ini and Bincang Petang believes in striving for excellence, without compromising one’s virtures and integrity. He is also the pioneer host for programmes, Jejak Rasul and Al-Kuliyyah.

Selangor-born Nizal has represented Malaysia during the World Conference for Youth in British Columbia, Canada as well as the International Youth Camp, Cairo, Egypt. He describes his greatest achievement as the setting up of his own foundation, Yayasan Ilham Budi. He also designed and conducted the Community Development Workshop in Islamabad, Pakistan in 1992.

Mohamad Zaini Bin Hj Badron Bachelor of Science in Human Development graduate from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Began his career in the training field, he’s involved in training management and coordination for various corporate training programs. His passion in studying the mind and learning technologies have earned him the confidence in delivering training and helped him improve his skills in developing programs.

Zaini managed to work closely with international speakers such as Roy Ashworth of SCQuARE International, Valentina Stolar of Aspire International and Steven Lesser of InfoWorks International. With this exposure he continues to focus on improving himself in developing and delivering training modules on Personal Development, Service Excellence, Creativity & Innovation, Leadership and Teambuilding.

With his experience of more than 7 years, Zaini has been delivering training for Personal & Professional Development, Leadership & Supervisory, Creativity & Innovation, Service Excellence and Teambuilding for various levels of staff. Christina, an Advertising graduate from Charles Sturt University with BA. In Integrated Advertising Communications. She has more than 10 years experience in the Malaysian media scene, having worked in advertising agency, events, production and public relations.

In her agency days, she coordinated pitching, creative plans and media plans where she successfully launched SuperStar Virgo, Nilai College, Microsoft Tablet PC, Polaroid Camera, Microsoft.NET, Microsoft with Bill Gates in Malaysia,, HP Original Cartridge Store throughout Malaysia and many others events and launches.

Her keen sense of events and artistes management have also managed and coordinated the 1st MTV World Stage & Eason Chan Concert held in Malaysia. The event was attended by 15,000 people. She coordinated and consulted Stage Management and layout, Security, Traffic flow, Celebrities, and Media.

After which she was offered to manage production such as Gol & Gincu. It was from there, that she soon realised her passion for events and artistes management. She was then offered to work in Media Prima to managed celebrities such as Jaclyn Victor (Malaysian Idol), Faizal Tahir (OIAM 1),and Suki (OIAM 1). Where she worked alongside with recording labels, designers, local media in securing promotions, endorsement and sponsorship for her artistes. Christina have also worked along with Shila (OIAM 2) as The Local Hannah Montana where she secured media promotions and interviews .

She was Suki’s Personal Manager for 3 years. During her management she have trained, groomed Suki for her album launched which was attended by at least 80 local media. Securing her shows, endorsements, taking care of Suki’s schedules and music videos. Christina is also a freelance Producer & Assistant Director for reputable Singer Juwita Suwito & Film Director Virginia Kennedy.

Currently she is the Personal Assistant to CEO, Datin Sharifah Shawati managing Public Relations & Organising Image Workshops for Adamaya Consultancy & Services Sdn Bhd.
