Adamaya was founded in 2003 by the renowned TV Personality ,Sharifah Shawati Syed Mohd . A multitalented celebrity motivator whose image exudes confidence, style and sophistication.

Interestingly the name Adamaya was created from the combination of her two lovely children’s names - Adam & Maya, which depicts the true function of Adamaya’s purpose that is to revitalise the life of others and to exude positive ‘aura’ that would be applied in all its business ventures.

Adamaya Consultancy and Services Sdn Bhd have been registered under the registrar of companies in Malaysia, (SSM) with the registration number (864743-H) and is registered trademarked for services, products, online marketing, and advertising. Adamaya started its business operations in 2006 operating a hair salon called Adamaya Hair Salon in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The services included hair, makeup & facial beautifying services, and then into producing toiletries and health products. Adamaya Consultancy and Services offer consultation services, speaking engagements, and training to government ministries, corporate organizations, higher learning institutions, and private sectors on soft-skills topics such as Positive Image and Corporate Branding, Communication, Business, and Social Etiquette, Public Speaking, and Event Handling. Adamaya is registered as one of the training providers under the Human Resource Development Corporation, HRD Corp formerly known as HRDF, an agency under the Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia. All training services under Adamaya are tax claimable. After 14 years of operations, Adamaya has expanded its business segmentation to producing clothing line called ‘Adamaya’ and ‘SHAWATI’ created by the founder herself Sharifah Shawati and has created its global brand presence through the international fashion arena such as the Couture Fashion Week In New York, Paris Fashion Week, Jakarta International Fashion Festival and fashion showcases in expos throughout the Asian region. Adamaya has diversified its retail segmentation to producing gourmet food products such as the multipurpose chili appetizer called ‘Hottie in Spice’ supplied to supermarkets and grocers stores such as AEON and Village Grocers in Malaysia.
